Jen started her airline marketing career in 2005 with US Airways and transitioned to leading the global integrated marketing team at American in 2013 when the two airlines merged. Her primary focus is in advertising, strategic partnerships, social media and B2B marketing. Prior to airlines,
Jen spent time as a brand marketer in the consumer packaged goods industry as well as several years with a promotional agency. She is a graduate of Arizona State University and currently resides in Southlake, Texas with her son.
